Question 2

What services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We provide professional residential Christmas light installation, commercial holiday lighting, and app-controlled permanent outdoor lighting. Our service covers custom design, installation, season-long maintenance, takedown, and storage.

Question 3

Do you install lights that I supply myself?

Accepted Answer

No. To ensure every display is safe, reliable, and built to last, we only install lighting and materials that we provide. We are unable to install lights supplied by the client. This lets us stand behind the quality of every component in your display and keep your property looking its best all season long.

Question 4

What's included in your Christmas light installation service?

Accepted Answer

On The Glow provides the equipment, installs your lights, maintains them throughout the season, takes them down after the holidays, and stores them for next year.

Question 5

How much does Christmas light installation cost?

Accepted Answer

Every home is different, but a typical residential project ranges from about $750 to $1,500 depending on the size of your home and the scope of the design. The best way to get an accurate number is to request a free, no-obligation quote.

Question 6

Do you offer permanent outdoor lighting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We install app-controlled permanent outdoor lighting that blends into your architecture by day and shines by night. You can choose from millions of color combinations for any holiday, event, or mood, and control it all from a simple app.

Question 7

What permanent lighting systems do you install?

Accepted Answer

We are proud to partner with Invisilights, and we also install GOVEE lighting systems. Our team can help you find the right fit for your home, style, and year-round lighting plans. A typical permanent lighting project ranges from about $1,750 to $4,500.

Question 8

Do you remove and store the lights after the holidays?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once the season wraps up, we carefully remove your display and store your lighting so it is ready to go for next year. Takedown and storage are part of our complete service.

Question 9

When should I book my installation?

Accepted Answer

The holiday season is our busiest time of year, and our schedule fills up quickly. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to reserve your preferred installation date and give us plenty of time to design your display.
